Terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to every order placed on this site.
1. The seller

2. The products
The products on offer are described on their page: composition, sizes, colours and care. Orders are honoured while stocks last.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, or in pounds sterling for customers in the United Kingdom, with all applicable taxes included. Delivery is free. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.
4. Your order
You choose your items, their size and colour, then confirm your basket and enter your delivery details. The order is binding once payment is confirmed. A confirmation email sums up your order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online, by the methods offered at checkout. It is secured by Shopify and taken when the order is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Your order is delivered 6 to 10 days after you place it, with a tracking number sent by email. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you take physical possession of the items. If your order is seriously late, you can contact us from the Contact page.
7. The right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving a reason. To use this right, send us a clear statement of your decision, by email or from the Contact page, or use the model form below. Then send the items back no later than 14 days after telling us of your decision. Return postage: at your cost, except for a size swap, which is free.
We refund everything you paid, including the original delivery charge (at the standard delivery rate), no later than 14 days after being told of your decision, to the payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back.

8. The 90-day guarantee
On top of the right to cancel and your statutory rights, we offer a 90-day commercial guarantee from delivery: if your product does not suit you, even if it has been worn, used or washed, we refund the price of the items, delivery excluded, first as a store credit valid for 12 months on the shop, or to your payment method if you ask. Its conditions are set out in our refund policy: request by email with your order number, return by tracked post at your cost, one guarantee per order. A size swap is free.
9. Your statutory rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. In the United Kingdom, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund. In France, the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code) apply.
10. Personal data
The data collected when you order is processed as described in our privacy policy.
11. Disputes

12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of the country where you live.
