How do I choose my size?

Go by your measurements, not by the size you usually wear. After a baby, the two rarely match. Measure your waist just above your belly button and your hips at the fullest part, then check them against the size guide. Between two sizes, go with the smaller one: the 360° support comes from the tension in the knit, so sizing up drops the tension and the support with it.
